SETTING OUT ENGINEER
The candidate being sought should be conversant with all aspects of construction work and possess the requisite surveying qualifications and experience:
  • Proficiency with the latest surveying equipment including theodolite and total station.
  • Be able to work under pressure, on several work sites and meet setting out demands.
  • Care and attention of equipment and attention to detail in duties.
  • Good communications skills and time management.
  • Be able to work extended hours as required.

Experience on large building projects in excess of $30 million contract value would be highly desirable as would be the ability to manage a site workforce in excess of 150 persons. The successful candidate can expect a highly lucrative salary package, which shall be negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
